A-Score employs 12 readily available financial ratios and operating indicators to develop a "score" as a predictor of financial stability. It is an easy to understand model that rates non-profit organizations on a familiar one hundred point scale, while providing benchmark comparisons to peers and "best in class" organizations. This is how it works...
 
First, You provide us with two years of selected financial data through secure electronic input. All data required can be determined from your audited financial statements. Then we enter your data into our proprietary model which produces the following:

bullet Scores for 12 different ratios and indicators
bullet Benchmark Comparisons
bullet Indications of strengths
bullet Danger signs and possible remedies

 

Depending on which level of A-Score service your choose, you may receive the following:
bullet Calculate the A-Score for the prior year and current year.
bullet Provide a list of ratios used in each year's calculations (actual amounts.)
bullet Explanation of the assessment of the resulting score as to overall organization financial stability.
bullet Comparison of your A-Score to the average score for all organizations in our database.

Benchmarking analysis of your agency ratios to other "Best in Class" organizations in our database. That is, where do you rank in individual ratios to the organization with the best practice in a particular area (e.g., days outstanding in accounts receivable.)
